I grew up in North Texas and spent a decade in private equity: acquisitions, capital markets, underwriting, and AI transformation for institutional investors.
I co-founded Uplift Capital, an investment firm focused on multifamily and financial services across DFW and Texoma.
Somewhere along the way, I noticed a pattern: the family businesses I grew up around face the same challenges as large firms. They just don't have the playbooks or resources. That's what I solve.
